Eha Naylor is a Principal of ENVision the Hough Group with twenty-six years of consulting experience. Her expertise reflects the diverse nature of the firms practice, with both environmental planning and site design experience for public and private sector clients. She directs large-scale projects from feasibility through to implementation, and undertakes projects throughout North America. Ehas practice includes public facilitation and projects that bridge planning and ecological design fields. Eha has appeared as witness at the Ontario Municipal Board as an environmental planning expert and lectures at Canadian universities. Eha is certified by the Council of Landscape Architecture Boards (CLARB) to practice in the United States. |

Ian Dance is a Principal of ENVision the Hough Group with twenty-six years of professional practice in planning, design and implementation. Ian combines strong design ability and artistic expression with practical, implementable solutions on a range of project types. With his specialized expertise in urban design and waterfront revitalization, Ian practices throughout Canada and internationally, providing innovative and award winning designs to both public and private sector clients, and overseeing projects from design through to contract administration. Ian is co-chair of the OALA Ethics Review Committee and has taught design and ecology courses. |
Caroline Marshall, Associate Principal, Dip in Agric. (Landscape Hort.) (1976), B.L.A.(1985)
Caroline Marshall is an Associate Principal with ENVision the Hough Group and has been with the firm for eighteen years. Over the years she has acquired extensive experience in the planning and design of recreational open space, derived from participation in a range of public sector projects including: subwatershed studies, municipal secondary plans for urbanizing and redevelopment areas, parks and recreation master plans, trails and tourism planning, and large-scale park master planning projects. Caroline has directed a number of the firms inter-disciplinary planning projects and has developed skills in policy review and the public consultation process. |
